Congratulations to Justin Timberlake on his two Grammy awards and his two Grammy performances!

I've been away from my computer for days now, which is a bizarre state of affairs. First, I was busy helping Kim to heal from what may have been pneumonia; then, I was busy healing myself.
(Endless thanks to Kim for getting me out of work; I couldn't take 10-hour days right now. Job folks keep calling, too, asking me to come back, like they can't hear in my voice that I'm still on my way through the healing process.)
To give my strong and mighty immune system a chance to work that healing magic, I spent Sunday on the couch. Kim and I watched pre-Grammy specials, trying to catch a glimpse of Justin on the red carpet. (Didn't really work.) During the E! channel's red carpet extravaganza, they stopped to talk about celebrity couples, and they mentioned Joel Madden moving from Hilary Duff to Nicole Richie. While they talked about Joel and Hilary, they showed - - as one would expect - - a picture of Joel and Hilary. While they talked about Joel and Nicole, they showed a picture of Nicole and a picture of Benji. A picture of Benji with all of his facial piercings right there and clearly visible. I don't expect my grandmother to know which one's Joel and which one's Benji, but I do ask for a little more effort from E!
Christina's Grammy performance: awesome.
My in-box has 721 e-mail messages right now, and I haven't written for days, so I have a lot of catching up to do. I wish you all a happy Valentine's Day and good health. |
