Man, y'all are doing me right.
Vanessa, Chole, Diamond, and Linda have set the bar this week. I appreciate their efforts, and I will see to it that Backstreet's next album includes secret coded messages declaring their coolness.
Vanessa e-mailed me to say that she's heard that Backstreet's new single will be released on May 23rd in Japan. Is this true? Will it come to pass? I have no idea, and as of our last conversation, neither did she. But she knew that it was important information, and so she shared it with me. Good girl.
Chole e-mailed me (with an appropriate amount of capital letters in the subject line) to warn me that Drew was about to be on TV. THIS IS CORRECT BEHAVIOR. FOLLOW HER EXAMPLE. If you know that Drew is going to be on TV, contact me. E-mail me. Post a message here in my LiveJournal. Chole gets extra special bonus points for providing a summary of the show's highlights. Yes, I missed the show entirely, but that doesn't diminish her awesomeness.
Diamond's policy with her family and friends is that if they know that any member of *NSYNC is going to be on TV, or if they see any member of *NSYNC actually on TV, and they don't immediately call her, they're in trouble. It is not acceptable to contact her days later with, "Yeah, I saw Justin on TV last Tuesday, did you catch that?"
Linda gets points for informing me about Nemesis Rising. Liz also gets points for having told me about them before. Notice that I don't mind being informed of something twice. Hearing from two people that Backstreet's single comes out next month would not be a bad thing.

Ronan Keating's on Launch!
Before this, they only had his duet with LeAnn Rimes. Now they have "I Hope You Can Dance" and "Lovin' Each Day."
They have Simon Webbe's "Lay Your Hands," too. Maybe someday we'll get Lee Ryan up there? Please?
They have no Blue, no Boyzone, no Five, and only one song from Westlife.
So. Any Guns N' Roses fans out there? |
